A new colorway of the adidas D Rose 5 Boost will be arriving at select adidas Basketball retailers tomorrow February 12. Dubbed the “Superstar” colorway, this D Rose 5 Boost pays homage to the iconic sneaker with the same name.
The adidas D Rose 5 Boost “Superstar” is dressed in a luxurious snakeskin texture on the side panels and ankle. The Fit Cage, laces, midsole and immediately recognizable “shelltoe” are done in a soft cream hue. The shelltoe is the real giveaway that this shoe pays tribute to the Superstar, it was created in 1969 and was designed for added durability. And like all D Rose 5 sneakers, it rests atop a full-length Boost cushioning midsole for premium comfort.
